Find a comfortable spot, sit about 8-12 inches above the bowl, and drape a towel over your head, ensuring not to get too close. Inhale the aromas while letting the steam bathe your skin for a few seconds. Stop if you feel dizzy. Remove the towel, breathe in fresh air, and repeat for 3-5 minutes. Finish by using a cleanser, scrub, or mask, and splash your face with cool water or toner. Finally, apply face moisturizer.
